Turnaround Time:

  • Average turnaround time is 7-10 business days, not including weekends/holidays. Some items may require longer; please check each product for up to date information. We strive to get your products completed and to you as quickly as possible. 
Shipping and Pick-Up Information:
  • Local pickup is available in Searcy, Arkansas. If you choose local pickup and are not local, you will receive an invoice for shipping.
  • We ship daily through USPS from central Arkansas.
  • We only ship within the United States.
  • Once shipping labels have been created, you will receive tracking information. Shipping will take place the first available shipping day after the label is created.
  • If you encounter problems with shipping after they have left our care, please contact USPS directly with your tracking information.
  • We will help any way possible.

Returns/Exchanges:

We greatly appreciate your order however, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please take the time to double check that your order is correct before you complete your order. Although we inspect every piece before it is shipped to ensure the best quality possible, it is possible to receive a defective item. If you think that you have received a defective item, please feel free to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will be glad to exchange the item if stock is available. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide store credit.

All discounted price items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. 

Our Standard business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm CST.
